Saathy is a proactive AI copilot that monitors your work across various platforms and suggests actionable next steps. The Service connects to third-party platforms including but not limited to Slack, GitHub, Notion, Jira, and Linear to aggregate and analyze your work activities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. By connecting these platforms to Saathy, you:

Authorize us to access and process data from these platforms on your behalf
Agree to comply with the terms of service of those third-party platforms
Acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

You agree not to use the Service to:

Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions suggested by the Service
We continuously improve our AI models, which may affect how suggestions are generated

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAATHY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saathy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
